So I’ve only been doing yoga for about a week or two, and even then I haven’t been as strict with it as I’d like to be. So the #AprilIntentions challenge is perfect! I’m gonna use it as the kickstart I need!
Because I’m new, I’ve got almost no clue whether my form is good or not, which is also another reason I’m taking part in the challenge! It’s always good to get some feedback from people, especially when you’re new at something :)
So here is Day 1, Plank (Kumbhakasana).
