August goals and tasks

- Go to the gym at least 3 days a week
- Do yoga at least 3 days a week
- Drink at least 2L of water a day
- Add money to savings account

So I’ve only been doing yoga for about a week or two, and even then I haven’t been as strict with it as I’d like to be. So the #AprilIntentions challenge is perfect! I’m gonna use it as the kickstart I need!

Because I’m new, I’ve got almost no clue whether my form is good or not, which is also another reason I’m taking part in the challenge! It’s always good to get some feedback from people, especially when you’re new at something :)

So here is Day 1, Plank (Kumbhakasana).

Any tips would be greatly appreciated throughout the month from anyone!!!

My intention for today’s practice is to start forming a habit of doing yoga every day!
